Position Overview

This position within the Learning and Development Department leverages instructional design knowledge to develop innovative training solutions and effective learning interventions using advanced technology. The role requires a combination of creative design, project management, and technical skills to create and implement scalable learning solutions that address knowledge and skill gaps across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Craft and scale high-quality learning solutions, performance support, and assessments to meet specific business needs. Utilize the ADDIE Framework and Bloom's Taxonomy to design educational applications and instructional materials.

Project Management: Define project milestones and timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate project statuses, issues, and risks effectively.

Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials including instructor guides, participant guides, handouts, and digital content such as e-courses and micro-learning modules. Create storyboards, design specifications, and Learning Design Documents to guide content development.

Technology Integration: Utilize various authoring tools like Articulate360 and Rise, AdobeCaptivate, Vyond, Animaker and Powtoon to storyboard training content, create Learning SCORMs, and develop interactive simulations and assessments.

Research and Analysis: Conduct learner, content, and task analyses to identify learning needs and appropriate instructional strategies. Source, chunk, and script instructional content for various formats including audio, video, and text.

LMS Administration: Perform administrative tasks on Learning Management Systems, ensuring optimal function and content relevance.

Standards and Guidelines Development: Establish and maintain standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency and quality in learning interventions.

Education & Expertise:

Educational Background: A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant Experience: Proven experience in instructional design, particularly within a corporate or large-scale educational setting. Experience with e-learning development tools and LMS platforms is essential.

Skills and Abilities: Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficient use of instructional design principles and educational technology tools. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Animaker and Powtoon. Knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and web development tools is highly beneficial.

Remuneration: Based on candidate's current CTC and experience.

Type of employment: Permanent (Work from office).
