Role Overview
CVanté is looking for a versatile
Instructional Designer & Business Content Specialist who can design structured learning content as well as high-impact business presentations and documents. This role involves creating
exhaustive, well-structured decks and modules for sales, business development, client pitches, and internal knowledge—beyond traditional L&D learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Learning Content
- Design structured learning modules using instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
- Create training presentations, learner guides, assessments, and knowledge assets.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to convert concepts into structured learning content.
Business & Sales Content Development
- Create detailed business presentations including sales decks, BD pitch decks, solution overviews, and informational presentations.
- Translate complex business concepts into clear, persuasive, and visually structured presentations.
- Develop internal enablement decks for sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Ensure decks are logically structured, data-backed, and aligned to brand guidelines.
Content Structuring & Storytelling
- Apply instructional design thinking to non-learning business content to improve clarity, flow, and impact.
- Build storylines, frameworks, and messaging for presentations and modules.
- Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual hierarchy across all content.
Collaboration & Quality Control
- Work closely with sales, BD, HR, and leadership teams to gather inputs and refine content.
- Coordinate with design teams for visual consistency and presentation quality.
- Maintain version control and documentation for all content assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in instructional design, business content development, or presentation design.
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint / Google Slides and content structuring.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
- Experience creating sales decks, pitch decks, and business presentations.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple content formats and stakeholder requirements.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert knowledge into structured learning formats.
Business & Sales Presentation Design
- Design exhaustive and high-impact business presentations including sales decks, BD pitch decks, solution overviews, and leadership presentations.
- Structure content for clarity, flow, persuasion, and decision-making.
- Apply storytelling frameworks to business and informational decks.
Document & Professional Content Design
- Design professional documents such as resumes/CVs, profiles, case studies, reports, manuals, and internal documentation.
- Apply strong information hierarchy, formatting, and visual consistency across documents.
- Ensure documents are brand-aligned, readable, and purpose-driven.
Design Thinking & Visual Communication
- Apply design thinking to simplify complex information and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with brand/design teams to maintain visual consistency.
- Ensure high standards of layout, typography, and visual clarity across all outputs.
Collaboration & Quality Control
- Work closely with sales, BD, HR, learning, and leadership teams to gather inputs and close deliverables.
- Maintain version control, documentation standards, and content repositories.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in instructional design, business content design, presentation design, or similar hybrid roles.
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint / Google Slides and structured document creation.
- Sound understanding of instructional design principles and content structuring.
- Proven experience designing business decks and professional documents, not just visuals.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- High attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple content formats.
- Comfortable working in a full-time on-site environment.
