Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

Design WBT/ILT/VILT/Blended learning content

Create storyboards, scripts, curriculum, assessments and SCORM-based e-learning modules

Work with SMEs, designers and developers to build engaging learning experiences

Ensure accuracy, quality and alignment with learning objectives

Manage multiple projects and support QA reviews

Requirements:

25 years of experience in instructional design (EdTech or training domain preferred)

Strong understanding of ID models and learning theories

Hands-on experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and AI/e-learning tools

Excellent writing, visualization and communication skills

Location: Bhopal (On-site)
