Job Title: Instructional Design Senior Consultant (SAP / ERP Implementation)

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Noida, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Trivandrum

Mandatory Skills

Instructional Design experience (MANDATORY) this role focuses on instructional design (not content development)

Experience supporting large end-to-end ERP / SAP implementation projects

SAP Enable Now experience (MANDATORY)

Exposure to ERP implementation and system training rollouts

Knowledge of SAP modules (FI, HR, MM, S/4HANA etc.)

Instructional Design frameworks such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick

Storyboarding and digital learning design

Experience creating learning deliverables such as WBT, videos, simulations, and VILT

Proficiency with tools such as SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
