Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Institutional Sales professional to join our team in Tirupati for an on-site position. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, driving sales, generating business opportunities, and promoting Udyogi's safety solutions. The selected candidate will identify potential clients, manage inquiries, negotiate contracts, and assist in developing strategies to maximize revenue. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Institutional Sales and Sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Finance, Trading, and Investments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the safety solutions industry or related fields is advantageous
