Institutional Sales Trader

Roles & Responsibilties:

• Oversee and execute client orders with precision, ensuring best execution across equity and derivative products.
• Drive new business opportunities within the institutional segment to strengthen the firm's market positioning.
• Source, negotiate, and execute block trades to meet client requirements and enhance liquidity solutions.
• Engage consistently with clients, including the reactivation of dormant accounts.
• Promptly address and resolve client queries in a professional manner.

Additional Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any discipline (Must have)
• Postgraduate degree/ MBA with exposure to capital markets, finance, or related areas (Good to have)
• Comprehensive knowledge of equity and derivatives (options) trading.
• Proficiency in using trading terminals and software (e.g., Bloomberg, ODIN).
• Candidate should have 10 years experience in Institutional Equities Trading worked on systems having Algo Trading.
• He/she would have minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Trader.
