Strong knowledge of MF products, market dynamics, and treasury investment behaviour & Must be handling institutional business in the AMC / MF Industry.
High-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical ability to explain performance, risk metrics, and fund strategy.
Self-driven, disciplined, with strong stakeholder engagement capability. Location

Drive AUM growth from institutional investors through client acquisition, relationship management, and product-led advisory. Key Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Acquire new institutional clients (Corporates, Banks, Insurance, PF/Trusts, Family Offices).
2.
Deliver AUM, net sales, and revenue targets across equity, debt, and passive products.
3.
Manage senior-level relationships (CIOs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, Trustees).
4.
Provide fund positioning, product presentations, performance commentary, and market insights.
5.
Ensure seamless servicing, onboarding documentation, and compliance adherence.
6.
Liaise with Investments, Product, Operations, Legal & Compliance for customized solutions.
7.
Track pipeline, competitor activities, and prepare business MIS & reviews. Key Connects
