Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Institutional Sales Officer based in Bengaluru. The Institutional Sales Officer will focus on managing sales operations, driving lead generation initiatives, and fostering relationships with channel partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing sales deals, and staying updated with market trends to achieve sales growth targets. The role also requires delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and experience in Channel Sales
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management
  • Knowledge of the DTH entertainment industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
