Institutional Sales Manager (jewellery industry )

Sales Strategy and Planning:

o Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain institutional

clients.

o Identify target markets and segments, and assess market trends and competitors

activities.

o Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.

2. Institutional Client Acquisition:

o Identify potential institutional clients and proactively reach out to establish business

relationships.

o Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients to promote

company products/services.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns

targeted at institutional clients.

3. Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional

client organizations.

o Understand clients needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions

to meet their requirements.

o Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

4. Team Leadership and Performance Management:

o Recruit, train, and develop the sales team members, providing guidance and support

as needed.

o Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement

necessary coaching or training programs.

o Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and foster a high-performance culture.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

o Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate sales reports, and present

findings to the senior management team.
