Job Description

About The Role

We are hiring an Institutional Sales Manager to drive partnerships and large-scale sales with government bodies, enterprises, and strategic accounts. This is a solution sales role, where you will work with clients across industries to introduce technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, monitoring, and operations. Product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Identify and build relationships with:
  • Government departments & agencies
  • Public Sector Units (PSUs)
  • Large enterprises (infrastructure, energy, logistics, etc.)
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Enterprise & Government Sales
  • Own the full sales cycle:

Lead generation → Meetings → Proposal → Closure

  • Engage with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Drive long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Tender & Proposal Management
  • Identify relevant tenders / RFPs
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals
  • Coordinate internally for documentation and compliance
  • Client Engagement & Solutioning
  • Understand client challenges and requirements
  • Present relevant solutions (training will be provided)
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and pilot discussions
  • Revenue Ownership
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and sales forecasts

Experience

  • 3–10 years in:
  • B2B / Institutional Sales
  • Government / PSU Sales
  • Enterprise Sales

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing large accounts or deals
  • Understanding of government or enterprise buying cycles
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales processes

Good to Have

  • Experience with tenders / RFPs
  • Network within government or enterprise sectors
  • Exposure to technical or solution sales
