Role Description
Institutional Sales Head to spearhead our national sales strategy and drive growth across hospitals, aggregators, TPAs, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute institutional sales strategy across India.
- Build and maintain a strong national sales funnel through lead generation, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee proposal development, negotiations, and closure of high-value contracts.
- Ensure seamless mapping of contracts into systems and effective communication to all centers nationwide.
- Collaborate with regional operations and laboratory teams to maintain agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Champion client experience by ensuring a consistent WOW service standard across all centers/ labs.
- Achieve and exceed national sales targets, ensuring growth across multiple regions.
- Drive timely collections by monitoring outstanding payments and enforcing follow-up mechanisms.
- Provide structured reporting to management with insights on performance and pipeline health.
- Resolve client issues by coordinating across departments for quick, effective solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Promote awareness of preventive health checkups and convince institutions of their long-term benefits.
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Institutional sales, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics.
- Ability to manage national-level operations and drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
