Role Description

The Institutional Sales Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The counselor's primary responsibilities include engaging with institutions to promote and sell MIST services, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients. The role involves prospecting, identifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and working closely with the sales team to meet goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present services persuasively and address inquiries.
  • Proven Sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and identifying new opportunities.
  • Exceptional Organization Skills to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
  • Previous experience in the BPO, KPO, or customer relationship management sector is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
