Institutional Partnerships Manager – Coaching Digitization

Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 4–5 Years Compensation: ₹8 LPA Fixed + ₹16 LPA Performance Incentives Travel: High (North India coaching hubs)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy partnerships leader who can identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard offline coaching institutes onto Euron's digitization platform.

You'll work directly with coaching owners, founders, and operators to help them expand beyond physical classrooms through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching Centre Acquisition

Identify and onboard coaching centres across:

● NEET

● IIT-JEE

● UPSC

● SSC

● Banking

● Government Exams

Sell Euron's Tech Stack

Pitch and close partnerships for:

● LMS platforms

● Mobile apps

● Websites

● Student management tools

● Fee systems

● Finance automation

● AI reconciliation solutions

Build Institutional Relationships

Develop strong networks in:

Mukherjee Nagar Laxmi Nagar Kota Jaipur

Revenue Ownership

Own complete partnership lifecycle:

Lead generation → Meetings → Product demos → Negotiation → Closure → Onboarding

Ideal Candidate Profile

4–5 years experience in:

● Institutional sales

● EdTech partnerships

● Coaching sales

● Franchise expansion

● Education SaaS sales

Must Have Skills

✅ Strong field sales capability

✅ Comfortable with travel

✅ Excellent negotiation skills

✅ Strong ownership mindset

✅ Ability to sell technology to traditional business owners
