Job Description

Key Responsibilities

RFAI Management through IA Sites

  • Track LOI-to-SP (Site Permission) conversion percentages for sites acquired via Institutional Accounts.
  • Conduct and participate in customer workshops and meetings to drive site approvals and integration.
  • Map the open order book with IA-acquired funnel to ensure smooth execution of site rollouts.
  • Ensure liquidation of IA-tagged service requests (SRs) in the order book.
  • Review IA-tagged SRs in collaboration with New Build & Institutional Acquisition teams.

Institutional Account Acquisition

  • Acquire sites from institutions such as Municipal Corporations, Development Authorities, and State & Central Government bodies.
  • Engage with industry associations (TAIPA, COAI) and state/municipal authorities to create favorable tower policies.
  • Manage tenders, assess technical eligibility, and ensure participation in 100% of relevant tenders.
  • Maintain regular engagement with institutional stakeholders to ensure smooth site acquisition and operations.

Growth of IA Sites Portfolio

  • Drive addition of new IA sites in the circle.
  • Ensure IA sites rental payments are collected as per contract terms.
  • Facilitate site sharing opportunities to optimize utilization and revenue.

Smart City & Digital District Projects

  • Engage with smart city project authorities for acquisition of smart poles, fiber networks, GBM (Grid-Based Monitoring), or small cells.
  • Follow up and support generation of PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model RFPs.
  • Acquire IBS (In-Building Solutions) sites and ensure RFAI of IBS sites.
