JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:
u2022 Preparation of Tenders and Rate contracts
u2022 Preparation of Authority letters, Agreements, Clarifications etc.
u2022 Handling Post tender queries
u2022 Doing constant follow up with concern Zonal/Area in-charge and authority
u2022 Preparation of Price List and Rate approval format every month
u2022 Circulation of Price List in collaboration with various stakeholders as to exact manufacturer name
manufacturing location and all other relevant parameters required for bidding.
u2022 Preparing new Quotations
u2022 Giving Rates approvals to institutes and corporate hospitals as per approval matrix
u2022 Making Purchase orders & Giving rate approvals on orders received

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Experience

u2022 Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in similar role with similar or reputed pharmaceutical
companies participating in various tenders. Should have knowledge of tendering, computer
skill (MS Office). Needs patience to work occasionally long hours with accuracy, focus and
dedication. Needs attitude to own responsibility for finishing tenders in time and understand
sense of urgency and business need.
u2022 Exposure to E-tendering and knowledge to configure the system as per portal requirements
in coordination with IT team and Portal Help Desk is a must.
