ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Gurugram Bulls Digital Marketing Institute invites applications for the position of Institute Counsellor. We are seeking a confident, knowledgeable and results-driven professional who can guide aspiring learners towards the right career path in digital marketing and turn their interest into admissions.

ROLE SUMMARY

As the first point of contact for prospective students, the Institute Counsellor will understand each learner's goals, recommend the most suitable programme and guide them through to enrolment, while consistently meeting daily admission targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Counselling

• Counsel students, graduates, working professionals and business owners on digital marketing courses and career opportunities

• Understand each candidate's background and goals, and recommend the right programme

• Explain course content, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and AI tools, in a clear and engaging manner

• Explain fee structures, batch timings and the admission process with complete transparency

Admissions & Targets

• Achieve the daily admission targets set by management

• Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, WhatsApp queries and online leads promptly and professionally

• Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions

• Complete admission formalities and documentation accurately

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups and admissions

• Share daily admission and follow-up reports with management

• Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth onboarding of new students

• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and AI tools

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of counselling experience, preferably in admissions or education

• Good knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Working knowledge of AI tools and their applications in marketing

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English

• Target-driven approach with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

• Ability to perform consistently against daily targets

SALARY & GROWTH

• Monthly salary: 25,000 – 35,000
