About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Installation Technician to support the installation, assembly, testing, and maintenance of equipment at our assembly unit and customer locations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Installation & Assembly
- Install, assemble, and commission equipment as per technical specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct on-site installation activities at customer locations while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Perform equipment setup, alignment, calibration, and operational testing.
Technical Support & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues during installation and commissioning.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as required.
- Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Inspection & Quality Control
- Verify equipment functionality and performance before handover to customers.
- Ensure installations comply with company standards, technical drawings, and customer requirements.
- Maintain installation records, service reports, and checklists.
Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with customers during installation, testing, and handover processes.
- Provide basic operational training and guidance to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
- 1–5 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, assembly, or field service.
- Experience in Arcade game & entertainment industry would be preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
