Installation Technician

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Installation Technician to support the installation, assembly, testing, and maintenance of equipment at our assembly unit and customer locations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Installation & Assembly

• Install, assemble, and commission equipment as per technical specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct on-site installation activities at customer locations while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Perform equipment setup, alignment, calibration, and operational testing.
  
  

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues during installation and commissioning.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as required.
• Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  
  

Inspection & Quality Control

• Verify equipment functionality and performance before handover to customers.
• Ensure installations comply with company standards, technical drawings, and customer requirements.
• Maintain installation records, service reports, and checklists.
  
  

Customer Coordination

• Coordinate with customers during installation, testing, and handover processes.
• Provide basic operational training and guidance to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
  
  

Safety & Compliance

• Follow workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
  
  

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
• 1–5 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, assembly, or field service.
• Experience in Arcade game & entertainment industry would be preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
