Installation Supervisor

Rotomag Enertec Limited is hiring: Installation Supervisor – Solar Projects (Andhra Pradesh ) to lead rooftop and pump installations across Anantapur, Kadapa & Kurnool districts.

If you have 2–3 years of solar installation experience, a diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Civil, and the drive to work independently in the field, this is your chance to be part of India's renewable energy growth story.

Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Installation Supervisor with experience in solar rooftop or pump systems who can independently manage on-site execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation & commissioning of solar rooftop and pump systems

• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

• Handle troubleshooting and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil

• 2–3 years of solar installation & commissioning experience

• Strong communication skills and MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency

• Fluency in Telugu & Hindi/ English (preferred)

• Comfortable working independently in field roles
