The Installation/Service Engineer is responsible for the precise and timely installation of NCL Buildtek's door and window products at customer project sites. This role also involves supervising and developing installation teams to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the installation of doors and windows at customer project sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Obtain work completion certificates from customers upon successful installation.
• Develop, train, and supervise installation teams across various locations, enhancing their skills in fixing doors and windows products.
• Ensure all installation activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the installation of doors and windows at project sites.
• Demonstrated experience in building material installation, including doors, windows, glass, facade, glazing, and cladding.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with uPVC, CCGI, and Aluminum products is an added advantage.
