Job Title: Installation Project Manager – Fire Alarm Systems

Job Summary:

Notofire Private Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Installation Manager to lead and oversee Fire Alarm System installations across India. The ideal candidate will manage multiple installation teams, ensure timely project execution, maintain high-quality standards, and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor 4–5 installation teams (each with 3–5 members) across multiple project sites.

- Ensure timely and compliant installation & commissioning of fire alarm systems as per project scope and standards.

- Conduct daily progress reviews, track milestones, and resolve site-level issues proactively.

- Maintain close liaison with clients, consultants, and project coordinators for smooth execution.

- Provide technical guidance and on-site support to teams wherever required.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on installation progress and manpower utilization.

- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company quality standards at all project sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.

- Minimum years of experience in Fire Alarm System installation and commissioning.

- Strong knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.

- Excellent communication and liaisoning skills.

- Ability to travel extensively PAN India.

- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing field teams.
