Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Installation Manager to manage and oversee end-to-end installation activities for residential interior projects in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for installation planning, manpower management, site coordination, quality control, timely project completion and closure of installation-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end installation activities for residential interior projects.
• Plan and schedule installation activities based on project timelines and handover commitments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Site Supervisors, Production/Factory teams and vendors.
• Manage installation teams, carpenters, contractors and external vendors.
• Monitor installation progress across multiple project sites.
• Ensure proper installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage units, furniture and other interior elements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, productivity, quality and safety.
• Identify and resolve installation-related issues and site constraints.
• Ensure installation is executed as per approved designs, drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate for material shortages, damages, design changes and rework requirements.
• Monitor manpower productivity and contractor performance.
• Ensure proper finishing, alignment, measurements and overall quality.
• Track pending installations, snags and rework and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for installation-related concerns.
• Maintain daily/weekly installation reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at project sites.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities based on deadlines.
• Support final inspection, snag closure and project handover.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in installation, execution or site management, preferably in the interior design or modular furniture industry.
• Strong experience in residential interior project installation and execution.
• Good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture and other interior installation processes.
• Experience managing carpenters, installers, contractors and site teams.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of interior drawings, measurements and installation requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites in Hyderabad.
• Experience with project tracking and MIS reporting will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, hands-on and capable of independently managing installation operations across multiple residential interior projects. Candidates from modular interiors, residential interior design, furniture, turnkey interior or related industries will be preferred.
