Hiring: AFC Installation Manager

We are hiring an experienced AFC Installation Manager for Metro/Railway projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage AFC system installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with Civil, E&M, and subcontractor teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.
- Supervise cable laying, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning support.
- Inspect delivered AFC equipment and ensure proper installation.
- Conduct installation tests and resolve any deficiencies.
- Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify risks, delays, and propose mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of total experience.
- Experience in AFC installation or interface management in Metro/Railway/LRT/High-Speed Rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of AFC systems, engineering drawings, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
