Job Title: Installation Manager Biogas Projects

Job Summary:
The Installation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the on-site installation of biogas balloon systems and related equipment. The role requires close coordination with the design, production, and client teams to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of installations across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage all installation activities for biogas balloon projects from dispatch to commissioning.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to understand project drawings, materials, and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments, review readiness, and provide installation guidelines to the client or site team.
- Monitor project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure proper documentation of work done.
- Ensure all materials, tools, and manpower are available before installation starts.
- Train and guide site technicians and contractors for efficient and safe installation.
- Coordinate post-installation testing, leak checks, and handover reports.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and share updates with the management team.
- Maintain strong communication with clients for smooth execution and timely completion.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering field.
- 37 years of experience in project or site installation (preferably in biogas, industrial equipment, or membrane-based systems).
- Strong understanding of fabrication, piping, or gas systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
- Good leadership and communication skills for handling site teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across India.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
