Job Description

As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for the planning of manpower to meet the scope of project deliverables. You will be accountable for the timely updation of Data sheets, Team Tracking and achieving company expections.

  • Effective team planning.
  • Coordinating between the teams & all the project stakeholders.
  • Responsible to achieve SLA and maintain quality.
  • Coordination with third party vendors and labour contractors for execution of projects.
  • Excellent English communication - written and verbal skills.
  • Experience in handling customer escalations over the phone and email.
  • Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
  • Provide support in negotiation with vendors and coordination.

Job Requirement:

  • Any Graduate | 15 years of overall academics
  • 2 to 5 years of strong Project Management experience
  • Multilingual - English, Hindi & local language is a must
  • Prevous team handling experince
  • Ability to work with multi-discipline projects
  • Multi Tasking
  • Basic MS Office skills. Excel is must
  • Decision making ability and leadership skills
  • Time management and organization skills
  • High on transparency and ethics
  • Residential and modular experience is a plus
