Installation Manager

Bangalore, Installation

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manages team of Project Manager, Measurement Executives and Site Supervisor who are responsible for installation

• Planning and Scheduling the installation as per the delivery timeline

• Ensuring all the stakeholder communication are done on timely manner

• Has full authority for personnel actions

• Step up and intervene if any project is deviating from the plan and handle client escalations

• Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity and improve the Net Promoter Score

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree/masters degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing

• 6-10 years of extensive experience in project management

• 1-3 years of Team handling experience

• Strong communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution process

• Overall good at coordination and management skills,escalation handling

• Extensive knowledge of modular furniture installation processes
