Civil Engineer – Precast Installation (Multi-Site)

Location Site-based, multi-location — candidates near Bareilly, UP preferred

Travel Mandatory and extensive — frequent movement across project sites

Qualification B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

We're a precast concrete manufacturing company looking for a Civil Engineer to manage installation and erection work across multiple project sites. This is a field-heavy role suited to someone comfortable handling several sites simultaneously, coordinating with client/contractor teams, and staying on top of billing and documentation without close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee installation/erection of precast elements across multiple sites, ensuring schedule and quality compliance
Coordinate site logistics — labour, cranes/equipment, material delivery — across locations
Liaise with client engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to resolve execution issues on the ground
Prepare and maintain site records: daily progress reports, material reconciliation, measurement books (MB), and installation checklists
Handle billing — RA bills, measurement sheets, client certifications — and ensure timely submission and follow-up
Maintain organized documentation for audits, client handover, and internal MIS
Travel regularly between sites as per project requirements

Preferred Skills

Prior experience working as a contractor/sub-contractor with Railways (or similar large infrastructure clients) is a strong plus
Strong track record in billing and measurement-book maintenance
Proven ability to independently manage multiple sites at once
Based near Bareilly, UP, or willing to be based there with regional travel
