Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Instagram Marketing Expert to promote an online Beauty & Spa business. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity requiring 5–10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies to increase reach, engagement and followers.
Create and/or coordinate engaging posts, reels and stories related to beauty, wellness and spa services.
Grow our Instagram audience organically and generate relevant leads/customers.
Research hashtags, trends and content ideas relevant to the beauty and wellness industry.
Monitor Instagram insights and provide regular performance updates.
Engage with relevant audiences and respond professionally to comments/messages where required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Instagram/social media marketing.
Good understanding of Instagram algorithms, Reels, Stories, hashtags and organic growth.
Creative approach to content and audience engagement.
Experience promoting beauty, wellness, spa or similar businesses is an advantage.
Must be able to work independently from home.

Work arrangement: Part-time, Work From Home

Hours: 5–10 hours per week

Pay: ₹200–₹400 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
