About the Role

Instagram is a major growth channel for the schools we manage and our internal brand. We need someone who lives and breathes the platform, thinks in video, and knows how to turn everyday moments into high-performing content.

You'll be responsible for creating, editing, and managing Instagram-first content across multiple pages. This includes reels, carousels, stories, and community engagement. You'll work closely with the founder and marketing teams to keep the pages active, growing, and meaningful. This role also requires you to travel both nationally and internationally (during summers).

What you'll do

Shoot and edit reels regularly, school visits, events, immersion trips, workshops, talks, behind-the-scenes

Work with the founder to capture quick thoughts, tips, rants, and moments that translate well into IG

content

Edit videos fast (CapCut, InShot, etc.) and deliver polished content within 24 hours

Build and maintain posting calendars for multiple pages

Track trending formats, audios, and ideas suitable for our tone

Create carousels, story sequences, and caption frameworks

Actively engage with comments, DMs, followers, and relevant communities

Monitor analytics weekly and share what's performing, what's not, and what we should double down on

Collaborate with agency designers when static creatives are needed

Capture content during immersion programs and school visits (travel when required)

Build micro-content libraries: hooks, ideas, templates, raw clips, bloopers, b-roll

Ensure all pages maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

Who you need to be

Someone who lives on Instagram; not just as a user, but as a student of the platform

Strong eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and pacing

Excellent video editing skills on mobile tools

Comfortable shooting with a phone and capturing spontaneous moments

Confident communicator who can direct the founder or team during shoots

Highly organised: able to plan, post, and maintain multiple accounts

A self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions

Someone who loves experimenting, analysing, and improving

Bonus: experience growing personal brands or handling reels-first pages

Experience required

03 years in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing

Proven experience in producing reels or video-first content

Portfolio of work is mandatory (reels, edits, carousels, stories)
