Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our Corporate Sales and NRI Business vertical. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the economic markets and equity domain with proven expertise in corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales Leadership: Drive business development initiatives with corporates, institutions, and high-value clients.

NRI Client Management: Develop and expand relationships with NRI clients, offering tailored investment solutions.

Market & Equity Expertise: Provide insights on economic trends, equity markets, and investment opportunities to clients and management.

Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through structured strategies, client engagement, and cross-selling of financial products.

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and corporate houses to expand business reach.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Team Development: Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field; CFA/CA preferred.

Experience: 7-10 years in corporate sales, equity advisory, or financial services, with leadership exposure.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of economic markets, equity instruments, and investment strategies.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill
