Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insights & Reporting Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, reporting, and client engagement. You will be responsible for building high-quality reports, deriving actionable insights, and continuously improving deliverables based on direct customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, own, and deliver periodic client reports (monthly, quarterly, campaign-based) with clear narratives and insights.
- Translate raw media and PR data into meaningful insights aligned with client objectives.
- Engage directly with clients to gather feedback on reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Continuously refine reporting frameworks, templates, and storytelling approaches.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Data Cleaning teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GPT-based tools, automation platforms) to enhance reporting efficiency and insight generation.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in media data and proactively suggest improvements.
- Customize reports for key accounts based on industry, brand goals, and KPIs.
- Maintain documentation of reporting standards, best practices, and client-specific preferences.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, insights, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS, media analytics, consulting, or PR tech).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and convert them into clear, actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI tools and ability to use them for content generation, summarization, and workflow automation.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions or stakeholder management.
- Ability to tell compelling stories with data (not just numbers, but so what insights).
- Attention to detail and high standards for report quality and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of PR, media monitoring, or brand analytics is a plus.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from consulting firms such as EY, Deloitte, KPMG, etc., especially with experience in data analytics, reporting, or client advisory roles.
- Experience in media intelligence, marketing analytics, or reputation management domains.
- Exposure to SQL or data querying is an added advantage.
