Job Description
A client brief lands asking not for a research report but for an answer: should they enter this category, and if so, how. That is the kind of work this role does. A market-research agency with a mix of domestic and offshore clients has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Insights Analyst who can take a project past the data-collection stage and into a recommendation the client can actually act on.
You will work across survey data, secondary research, and sometimes a project team's field notes, and your job is to synthesise all of it into a point of view — not just summarise what each source said. Clients on this agency's roster range from domestic FMCG brands to offshore clients who only ever see the final deck, so the same finding often needs to be framed two different ways for two different audiences. Two to six years in market research, consumer insights, or a strategy-adjacent analytics role is the baseline, ideally including at least one project where your recommendation was the thing presented, not just the data.
- Strong synthesis skills across mixed data sources
- Comfortable owning client-facing recommendations, not just analysis
- Working knowledge of Excel, SPSS, or a similar analysis tool
- Clear, confident written and spoken English
- Able to work hybrid out of Gurugram or Mumbai
