• Should have USA calling experience
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
• Knowledge & experience on selling IT services to verticals like Insurance, Telco, Media, Hi-Tech, BFS, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
• Working experience with CRM and research tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo...
• Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation and pre-call planning
• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics.
