Important Points

● This is a target-driven sales role

● 100% on-site role in Bangalore

● Immediate joiners are strongly preferred

● 3-month trainee period, post which candidates will be converted to full-time based on performance

● Full-time role includes PF and medical insurance benefits

Job Responsibilities

● Drive conversions and achieve sales targets

● Reach out to assigned leads and engage with them effectively

● Conduct product demos over video calls (Google Meet / Microsoft Teams)

● Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and relevant use cases

● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable features/use cases

● Follow up consistently until closure

● Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and conversions into CRM 

Who Should Apply

● Fresh BBA & MBA graduates or students who are about to graduate

● Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

● Strong presentation skills, especially over video meetings

● Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, MS Office, and video conferencing platforms

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

● Basic comfort using smartphones (Android only)

● Candidates should have or arrange an Android smartphone 

Stipend & CTC

● Earn ₹20,000/month as fixed stipend

● ₹5,000/month as incentive.

● Post Conversion: Decent package+ Medical Insurance + Performance based incentive
