Team-Lead / Sr Team-Lead Job Description:

Play an integral role in achieving our ambitious customer experience and business objectives. You

will groom & nurture your span into best-in-class PSEs who can achieve desired business goals month on month. You will bring in strong team management skills combined with a solid target-oriented mindset. You will set up best practice processes, enhance the overall experience we give to our customers and drive targets for the team.

We serve Driver/Business owners looking for business expansion. You will be a true thought partner to every prospect and customer we interact with, ensuring that they go ahead in the cycle with a solution.

Be responsible for meeting and exceeding the city-level targets along with your own OKRs.

Be responsible for continuously developing a team of agents into fantastic relationship

executives.

Be responsible to ensure that key productivity metrics like dialled calls, TT and QLs of each

team member is achieved without compromising on quality.

Be responsible to assess the leads pipeline of each city you are responsible for and prioritize

call tasks accordingly, ultimately ensuring that the active leads bucket is fully utilized.

Be responsible for leading and closely tracking experiments / pilots, if any, that are run time

to time.

Take responsibility for real-time call queue management in order to ensure hygiene of input

metrics.

Be responsible for schedule adherence of each & every individual within the team.

External Skills And Expertise:-

Graduation / Post Graduation or equivalent

3-7 yrs of relevant experience in handling a team of inside sales or pre sales agents.

Track record of over-achieving targets

Strong phone presence and experience outbound/tele sales calling.

Experience in driving productivity & performance metrics goals

Experience working with Leadsquared or similar CRM

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Proven pre sales / inside sales experience

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity.

Understanding of automobile domain will be an added advantage
