The Inside Sales Team Lead role at Veranda RACE is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves managing and driving the success of a team of sales executives. • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and build relationships
• Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, including mentoring and motivating team members
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
