This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Support professional, based in New Delhi. The role involves supporting the sales team in managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include assisting with sales operations, processing client inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, and fostering client engagement to achieve business goals.

• Proven proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales Operations to manage and support sales processes effectively.
• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to address client needs and build lasting relationships.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stay organized in a high-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
