Inside Sales Support

CSafe is looking for a Inside Sales Support to join our world-class global Sales team. This role is primarily responsible for the India customer base, part of the broader Asia Pacific sales region, but will be performed From Shamshabad, Hyderabad Telangana, India. You will be reporting directly to the Sr. Director Sales India & Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities within the assigned customer account portfolio.
• Identify sales opportunities and act as the Point of Contact (POC) within an existing customer account portfolio defined by annual revenue and expand the customer base.
• Engage key internal stakeholders to drive growth across the Key Account portfolio.
• Provide ongoing account management support to customers.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
• Utilize networking activities to create sales opportunities.
• Schedule informational calls and meetings with current and prospective customers.
• Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
• Liaise with and support the wider global sales team.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare cargo loading plans and coordinate with customers to obtain accurate cargo dimensions and shipment details.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers on matters including, but not limited to:

FOC (Free of Charge) samples.

Service quality issues.

Operational discrepancies

Customer complaints and escalations.

• Ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Monitor account performance and service delivery standards.
• Coordinate internally to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proven track record of successful account and territory management
• Sales process background including account management, territory planning, pipeline development and a strong closing ability.
• Working knowledge of Packaging, pharmaceuticals, life science industries, preferred.
• Experience of working in the Global market, preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven track record of target achievement
• Managing your workload in a structured and organized manner
• Able to work autonomously, take initiative, deliver solutions and meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

3+ years of experience in inside sales support, customer success, customer service, or administrative roles within logistics/supply chain (pharma/temperature-controlled solutions is an advantage).

Work Schedule:

The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a combination of office-based and remote work. The designated office location is Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana.
