Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the field sales team in closing enterprise software deals, primarily in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in target regions (East Africa, North Africa, Middle East, India).
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and webinars.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and technical teams to understand service offerings and client needs.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and pipeline data.
- Schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Assist in creating customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Track and report on key metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, pipeline health).
- Stay updated on banking technology trends, Flexcube updates, and market competition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in banking or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain value propositions effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
