We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Telecaller)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Office-Based)

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

CTC: 5.50 to 6 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Friday

5 DAYS Working

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferre

dA leading digital learning and education-focused organization is looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners through online certification and executive education programmes

.Key Responsibilities

:• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm lead

s• Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goal

s• Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcome

s• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrolment

s• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue target

s• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead trackin

g• Handle learner queries and objections professionall

y• Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos, and onboarding activitie

s• Be available for learner interactions on weekends when require

dRequirements

:• Bachelor's degree in any disciplin

e• Excellent communication skills in Englis

h• Proficiency in Hindi, or any regional language is an advantag

e• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skill

s• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM platform

s• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindse
