Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. As an Inside Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, identifying and generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients to promote EleFant's subscription services. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and driving the success of the company.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert prospective clients into subscribers.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in person and over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in sales and familiarity with subscription-based services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
