Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, social media lead generation, and basic SEO activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media interactions.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and customer information.
  • Develop and execute social media outreach strategies to generate business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to run lead generation campaigns.
  • Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content coordination.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive business growth.

Required Skills:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and social media marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing practices.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience in EdTech, IT Services, Training, or Digital Marketing industry is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly lead generation targets.
  • Meeting/demo scheduling targets.
  • Lead-to-customer conversion ratio.
  • Social media engagement and lead acquisition.
  • Contribution to overall revenue growth.
  • Package: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience and performance).
