We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales / Pre-Sales professional with strong experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between Sales and Delivery teams, driving lead generation, supporting pre-sales cycles, and ensuring seamless client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inside sales activities.
- Support the sales team with proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project alignment.
- Handle client interactions during pre-sales discussions to capture requirements effectively.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM for lead management and outreach.
- Conduct research to identify target markets, client needs, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales collaterals, solution documents, and business case inputs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecom, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales, preferably in Telecom.
- Strong experience in client handling and pre-sales support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (like HubSpot etc.) and lead generation tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly collaborative team player.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams.
