Inside Sales Specialist
For North American market
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our innovative technology services and product offerings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Sales Process: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software products and licenses to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Close deals and ensure timely contract execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address customer concerns and issues.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the North America market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in sales CRM and sales enablement tools.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
