Inside Sales Specialist

For North American market

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our innovative technology services and product offerings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Sales Process: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software products and licenses to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Close deals and ensure timely contract execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and issues.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the North America market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
