Job Description

  • Location - Bangalore
  • Experience 3-5 years
  • Pre-Sales Support
  • Follows up sales as appropriate.
  • Coordinate Demo Shipment
  • Assist in preparing in proposal (order, tender, quotations)
  • Perform stock check, run stock risk analysis
  • Create valuable reports from CRM system
  • Ensure CRM data quality
  • Follow-up on action items to customer/ end user as needed.
  • Keeps management informed of all activity to include timely preparation and document activities in Sugar CRM.
  • Works closely with outside sales staff, sales management, and related internal departments.
  • Engages in level 1 technical discussions with potential end users.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and competitive advantages.
  • Timely response to both external & internal stakeholders.
