Role Overview:
Rivansys IT Services is looking for a proactive, self-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support its cybersecurity and IT services business. The ISR will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and pipeline creation for the Field Sales team across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online research
Build and maintain lead databases independently
Identify and connect with decision-makers
Qualify leads based on need, relevance, and readiness
Assign hot and qualified leads to Field Sales Representatives
Maintain daily activity and lead data in CRM
Coordinate with Field Sales for follow-ups
Share daily and weekly progress reports
Improve scripts and outreach effectiveness
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years experience in Inside Sales / B2B Tele-sales
IT/Cybersecurity sales exposure is highly desirable / preferred
Should have worked on CRM like Zoho Bigin or its equivalent CRM software
Experience in using Linkedin Sales Navigator
Excellent English communication
Strong research and data-building skills
Self-driven and independent
Compensation:
Salary Range: 35 LPA
