About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Specialistfor a recruitment agency setup. The primary responsibility will be to generate and acquire new clients for recruitment services across sectors such as Building Materials, FMCG, FMCD, and large Sales-driven organizations. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B business development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to creatively approach prospective clients through multiple outreach channels. This is a pure client acquisition role focused on business generation and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Drive business development initiatives across Building Material, FMCG, FMCD, and Sales-oriented organizations.
- Use innovative outreach methods including LinkedIn networking, cold calling, referrals, industry mapping, networking groups, and strategic follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, lead trackers, pipelines, and business reports.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery against client mandates.
- Understand market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior B2B Business Development / Inside Sales experience is mandatory.
- Client-facing experience with strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Must be comfortable with CRM tools, tracking systems, and structured reporting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Background
- Experience in HR Recruitment Agency / HR Tech / HR Services industry preferred.
- Exposure to recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or consulting services business development will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with FMCG, FMCD, Building Materials, or large Sales organizations preferred.

- This is not an Email Marketing or Digital Marketing role.

Experience Required
- 2–5 Years of relevant experience in Inside Sales / Business Development.
