Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist (Program Advisor) to engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right upskilling programs. The role involves consultative selling, lead nurturing, and end-to-end sales closure for professional and academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
  • Understand learner needs, career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs
  • Conduct program counselling sessions and handle objections confidently
  • Drive end-to-end sales closure, including fee discussion and enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, learner objections, and market trends

Required Skills Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Program Advisory
  • Proven track record of closing sales over calls
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of education, upskilling, or career-focused programs
  • Comfortable working with targets, incentives, and performance metrics
  • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, Freshsales, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
  • Graduate in any discipline
