This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at our Faridabad location. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting sales calls, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and actively collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with clients and resolve queries.
• Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational capabilities to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales software is a plus.
