Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in Sales or Customer-Facing roles
- Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Language Proficiency:
- Mandatory: English + Hindi
- At least one South Indian Language: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu
- Shift Flexibility:
- 9-hour login between 8 AM to 10 PM
- 6 working days a week (week off on weekdays)

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Engage with prospects through outbound calling and develop strong customer relationships
- Provide tailored solutions and convert leads to sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure quality service standards
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
