Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist for Mumbai Borivali east to generate sales opportunities, build customer relationships, and support business growth through telephonic and online sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer follow-ups, product presentations, quotation support, and conversion of enquiries into sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with field sales, operations, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Construction, Infrastructure, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and enquiries simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
